ClassifEye was co-founded in December 2003 by Rami Cohen and Asher Peretz. ClassifEye’s global management team is made up of a highly experienced and motivated group of professionals. They display an excellent array of management skills and experience, and are dedicated to making the Company a major player in the transaction authentication and signature industry, to bring the most practical and advanced security solutions to Carriers, Bankers, Merchants and IT Managers.

Rami Cohen, CEO and Founder, and Director (Israel). Mr. Cohen has 15 years of management experience in sales and marketing, and in business development for technology companies in the EMEA and the United States. A seasoned entrepreneur, he has been working in e-commerce, e-banking, credential interoperability technologies and financial services since 1998. Mr. Cohen previously founded Verifox, a developer of credential interoperability technology for the financial industry, and has consulted and led business development and marketing efforts for numerous companies, including Credics, a developer of financial transaction platforms, and Gamatronic, a leading power electronics company in Israel. He holds an MBA from the University of Derby, UK.

Elliot Jaffe, VP, Chief Network & Systems Architect (Israel). Mr. Jaffe has held Chief Technology Officer (CTO), VP Research and VP R&D positions at several high-tech companies, including PictureVision Inc, which he founded in 1995 and sold to Kodak in 2000. He has also served as an Entrepreneur in Residence for IsraelSeed, and currently sits on a number of company advisory boards. Elliot holds an MSc in Computer Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a BSc in Mathematics from Carnegie Mellon University. His technical focus has been on distributed systems, storage systems, and operating systems and he currently lectures on Perl and Python at Hebrew University.

Raj Raghavan, VP Emerging Markets. Mr. Raghavan leads ClassifEye’s efforts in emerging countries with customers and Technology partners. Mr. Raghavan has over 12 years experience in Sales/Business Development in Information Security and recently in Mobile commerce solutions. He recently worked at SiegeWorks, a US based Security integrator and with AT&T in Marketing and Sales positions.

Avi Strum, PhD. - Dr. Strum, a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, is currently General Manager for “CMOS Image Sensors and embedded Non-Volatile Memory products”, at Tower Semiconductor, Israel. Prior to that, he co-founded Transchip Inc., a company that designs and sells cameras for cellular phones, serving as its President and COO. Dr. Strum was with Intel Corporation in Israel .and in Santa Clara, CA, from 1996 to 2000, where he held leading positions in QA.

J. Ari Tuchman, PhD. - Dr. Tuchman is a partner in Nobska Ventures (http://www.nobskaventures.com/), which recently invested in ClassifEye. He brings "in the trenches" experience directing and managing on-budget and on-time technology development efforts for early stage companies. A seasoned technologist, entrepreneur and veteran corporate executive, Dr. Tuchman has 15+ years experience in cutting edge research and development of advanced photonic and electronic materials, devices and EO systems, and 10+ years experience managing in-house and outsourced technology development, in industrial, government and academic settings. Dr. Tuchman has demonstrated corporate vision and has hands-on, senior management experience and responsibilities in both high growth and downsizing finance environments.
